Weekly session - book a block of 4.
Hot drinks and refreshments available.
We can also set up a whats app group for ongoing support.
I’m a breastfeeding counsellor so can support with feeding issues and other general postnatal questions

Baby Relax and Sleep Course
Mondays and Fridays
Suitable from 4 weeks to crawling, this wonderfully welcoming course covers:
Baby massage
Baby yoga
Baby reflexology
Making sense of baby sleep
Everything you need to know to help relax your baby, connect and soothe pain from wind, constipation and teething.
With plenty of time after each session to chat with the other parents, this is the ideal first class to join with your baby, not only to learn some tips but to meet new friends for mat leave and beyond!

Sensory and Support
Tuesdays 12:30pm
Suitable for babies 3-12 months, this 6 week course to engage your baby's senses and motor development. Each week we will look at a different sense, via creative play, tummy time, visual stimulation, and music.
Then there is time for you to spend time with a drink and a treat getting to know each other as a group and making friends with parents that are going through the same celebrations, worries, and concerns. I am on hand to provide support around feeding, parenting, and any general concerns you may have.
All classes are baby-led, so you are encouraged to feed, comfort and change your baby as and when needed. The sessions and relaxed and calm. Don't worry if your baby cries - it's your baby way of communicating its needs and is welcomed.

Yoga Mama Circle
Fridays 4:15pm
A beautiful class to recharge and wind down at the end of the week.
We gently stretch, strengthen and soothe our bodies. Working through a moving meditation we practice listening and following our instincts.
Using breath techniques specially suited to pregnancy, labour and post-natal we allow ourselves to let go of tension and create time for rest.
No experience of yoga or movement necessary.
This class is tailored to pregnancy and new mamas.
Mamas of older children are welcome too.
Laura is a birth keeper, doula, pregnancy/post-natal yoga teacher and hypnobirthing practitioner. She supports women during pregnancy and labour and witnessed many times the transformative experience of birth and motherhood.
